Elementary - Where it all begins

  The growth of any music program begins at the elementary level.  The percussion section is often overlooked. Having an All-County Percussion Ensemble would be
a good starting point in promoting this section.  All-State would be the next logical step. Beginning at the elementay level is where it all begins.
